The International Retinoblastoma Consortium is a charitable organization run by volunteers committed to enhancing retinoblastoma patient care and research. The International Retinoblastoma Consortium is not directly affiliated with an academic or medical institution.

The International Retinoblastoma Consortium was incorporated under Canada's Not-for-profit Corporations Act April 18, 2017 and has been a registered charity under paragraph 149(1)(f) of the Income Tax Act for issuing tax receipts since April 18, 2019.
